Connor from Silco was great. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, polite and pleasant. Connor answered all questions and explained everything he had to do. He went over & above with all he did. Silco is lucky to have him. If/when I need them again, will ask to have Connor do the work.

Very good experience with Silco. Nico D.arrived right in time and got right to work. Pleasantly we need no other repairs or replacement. I called Silco following a "you gotta replace the furnace"" bad call by a National firm. That firm never followed up on the replacement call,made me suspicious. Thanks Silco and Nico Ducette.

1. Lidia’s Kitchen Faucet Replaced
In Billerica, Lidia contacted us to replace her kitchen faucet with one she supplied. Our technician installed the new faucet, thoroughly checked all shutoffs under the sink, connected the water supply lines, and added a premium basket strainer to the sink. With everything securely in place, Lidia’s kitchen is now functioning perfectly.
2. Alex’s Leak Traced & Fixed
Alex from Billerica reported a leak coming from the second-floor bathtub/shower that was leaking into the basement. Our technician opened the access panel in the linen closet to check if it was coming from the valve or visible at the drain or trip waste, and also inspected the grout. We then installed a new Aprilaire 600 bypass humidifier on the furnace duct, connected the wiring, added a new 1/4″ copper water supply line with service stop, and set up an auto humidistat with outdoor sensor. We also replaced the necessary stems, seats, and diverter stem to ensure proper faucet operation. All systems were tested and are working great.
3. Jerry’s Sink Leak Fixed
Jerry, a Billerica homeowner, contacted our team about a leak under the kitchen sink. Our technician found the p-trap was failing, allowing water to escape, and replaced it to prevent sewer gas from entering the home. We also installed a new premium basket strainer, and now Jerry’s sink is leak-free and working perfectly.
